Eligibility
Open to all competitive teams (new and returning) in USYSA, Traveling Tournament Teams, and All-Star Teams. Travel papers (when applicable), team roster, copies of birth certificates, signed players insurance releases, loan forms, and laminated players passes with photos are required for entry. All CYSA-S teams must have either 2013-2014 or 2014-2015 season players passes. Ayso cards are ok, but must have a picture. Single age brackets as brackets determined. Team rosters due at checkin prior to your first game. Rosters found in your registration. Printed cards will be supplied by the tournament at checkin.
Important Warning
All teams registering are playing in this tournament for 2015-2016 season. You MUST register correctly.

Loan Players
Teams will be allowed UNLIMITED borrowed players accompanied with laminated player cards,
medical release forms and State Travel papers (when applicable)
Games
Games are located throughout the City of Orange, located close to the 22 FWY, 55 FWY & the 91 FWY. We are 10 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes to Knotts Berry Farm, and 25 minutes to the Beaches. Each team is guaranteed three (3) games (weather permitting). Preliminary and semi-final games: U8-U13 will play 50 minute games; U14-U19 will play 60 minute games; all games will have 10 minute halves. All Championship games will be regulation time per age group.
All U8 – U10 games will play 8 aside.
All games will be officiated by USSF referees.
Team Fees
U 8 – U 10 $525.00 per Team
U11 -U19 $675.00 per Team
DEADLINE TO REGISTER: August 4, 2015
There will be a $15 merchant transaction fee for payment by credit card.
A $20.00 late fee will apply to all applications received after the deadline.
No Refunds after August 5, 2015 (unless registration period is extended by director).
If schedule is posted, not refunds will be granted.
Registration Procedure
You must register online and either pay online or send a copy of your registration form and check or money order to OCP Tournaments, PO BOX 7222, ORANGE, CA 92863-7222. Your Registration Form and the team fee postmarked by August 5, 2014. No refunds after this date. No cash will be accepted at fields.
Team Check-in/Player Cards
There will not be a Friday night checkin. Checkin will be one (1) hour prior to your first game on Saturday morning at the venue of your first game. Please bring medical release forms for all players (signed by parents), “laminated” players cards mandatory for each player, travel papers (for teams outside of CYSA South) and emergency phone number of a team contact for the tournament weekend.
Schedule/Score Keeping
The tournament website is the official instrument for game schedules and score keeping. Venues will have “stat sheets” for information only.
