Her Voice. Her Vision. Her Game.
The SF Glens are leading a new era for girls’ soccer in San Francisco with our official entry into @girlsacademyleague, the nation’s top platform for female athletes. With this exciting move, the Glens are setting the standard for player development and building a clear, competitive pathway from the Glens to the collegiate level and beyond.
The Glens have been awarded the Full Pathway in Girls Academy and will field teams from U13 through U19, providing players with greater exposure to college scouts, U.S. Youth National Team programs, and professional clubs. Players will compete against top teams, receive expert coaching focused on their holistic development, and benefit from the resources and expertise within the Girls Academy community.
In the first three years of GA, over 1,200 players have committed to college programs, with 378 players committing to 91 different clubs in 2024. Nearly 59% of these players committed to NCAA Division I colleges, reflecting the growing impact of the league across the country.
As the only youth club in San Francisco with a dedicated training and playing facility on Treasure Island, our state-of-the-art, FIFA-certified venue serves as the heartbeat of our competitive programs, designed to foster top-tier training, exposure, and success. With Bay FC, the Bay Area’s NWSL club, opening their training facility just steps away, our players will develop in a one-of-a-kind, pro-level setting where the path to professional soccer is clearer than ever before.
