We caught up with Isidro Chilo Sanchez, from Heat FC, at the Surf Cup this weekend.
Chilo has been to Surf Cup 3 times already. The high level and the competitiveness are what excite him the most about this tournament. The 15 year old said he is looking to go to college but is still not sure which one he will pursue.
We would also like to congratulate Chilo for being selected to the Real Salt Lake Academy, as he will join the academy this August.
His coach, Frank D’Amelio, says of Chilo, ” I’m very proud and excited for this opportunity for Chilo. He has worked hard and we know he will represents Las Vegas and Heat FC in the very best way””
