The famed Arsenal Soccer Schools are returning to the west coast for the summer of 2017! This exciting opportunity to “Learn to Play the Arsenal Way” comes to you directly from the Arsenal Football Club and gives hundreds of children the chance to build on their existing skills and strengthen their love of the beautiful game, all while learning in a similar format to Premier League academies.
I caught up with Leroy Sequeira, Director of Arsenal Soccer Schools – USA, and Simon McManus, Head Coach of Arsenal Soccer Schools – Global, who phoned in from his office at the Emirates Stadium for a conversation regarding the history of the program. I also learned about the role the Soccer Schools program plays within the larger Arsenal Football Club, and where the value of the camps run by the Soccer Schools truly lies.
Have a listen!
