Cal South has announced the launch of its 2017 Adult State Cup Tournament, featuring Men’s and Women’s Open Division Teams. The Cal South Adult State Cup will kick off on April 2nd throughout Southern California with a late May tentative finish.
DEADLINE:
Registration is underway, and closes on March 20th.
The Cal South Adult State Cup is OPEN TO ALL ADULT TEAMS (Affiliated and Non-Affiliated)
INCENTIVES:
- Team trophies and over $30,000 in cash prizes will be awarded to the Champions, Finalists, 3rd Place and 4th Place teams.
- The top two teams on the Men’s Division will receive team entry into the 2017 US Adult Soccer Association Region IV Amateur Cup, courtesy of Cal South.
*AWARDS/PRIZES: Team trophies to top four teams: Champion $7,500, Finalist $5,000, 3rd Place $2,500, 4th Place $1,500 (*Minimum of 16 teams per division in order to win full cash prize to be awarded.)
ADULT TEAM/PLAYERS: All adult teams and players must enter and register for the Cal South Adult State Cup
FORMAT: Single game elimination. Winning team advances to next round.
GAME LOCATION: Based on blind draw. Home teams will host games at home field/venue.
