The u17 division final included a head to head battle between West Coast FC BU17 coaches Gould and Kirsch. Kirsch’s side was the first to break the deadlock, and kept a shutout throughout the rest of the game maintaining a 1-0 result. Kirsch’s side may have won but the bigger focus was on the success of both teams making it to the finals. Coach Gould had this to say, “It says a lot about the strength of the club that we could put two teams into the final of such a high level tournament”.
